1. Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers, and most of our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses.
2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes between 7–20 business days, depending on your location. But don’t worry — you’ll receive a tracking code as soon as your order is on the way!
3. How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website. Just enter your order number and email.
4. What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days, contact our support and we’ll make it right. No worries!
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Check out our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. More options coming soon!
7. Are your products safe and tested?
Yes! All of our products are selected based on quality, trend, and customer satisfaction. We’re picky — so you don’t have to be.
